These are high-speed Friction Grip (FG) diamond burs consisting of a precision-engineered stainless steel shank and a working head coated with high-quality natural diamond grit. The EX 18 is used for standard material reduction, while the EX 18 F (Fine) is utilized for finishing and smoothing prepared tooth surfaces to ensure optimal restoration fit.
